Adam Cummins
Traffic Management manager
Adam Cummins is the Traffic Management manager for the A417 Missing Link. Adam’s job is to ensure that all closures are undertaken safely but more importantly, that our customers are safe to travel through the works on the network. No closure can take place without weeks of preparation between Adam and the team. Adam lives away with his family, but can be found on the project during the week.
Mark Sabbato
Construction Manager
Mark Sabbato is the Construction Manager for the A417 Missing Link. Mark lives in Worcester with his wife and children and has extensive experience in construction. Working overseas for many years for numerous construction companies and developing large projects, Mark understands the business and limitations imposed on any major project. Delivering the three imperatives for our client, National Highways being Safety, Customer and Delivery, Mark constantly strives to maintain a safe working environment for all staff whilst managing expectations from the client, stakeholders, and customers.
Natasha James
Ecologist
Natasha James is our Ecologist on site and has been instrumental in maintaining the high standards with regards to reptile mitigation. Natasha works tirelessly to ensure that no animals or reptiles are harmed and has helped to relocate over 2000 adders, grass snakes and slow worms, and has built new setts for our badger communities. Natasha lives locally with her family.
Paul Baker
Programme Director
Paul Baker is the Programme Director for the A417 Missing Link and the South – UK.. Paul lives in Dorchester and is married with 3 children. Having worked in the construction industry for most of his working life, Paul prides himself on ensuring that our stakeholders and customers are listened to and engaged with whilst building safe, and efficient projects
Simon Bradley
Night Supervisor
Simon Bradley is our Night Supervisor and has the important job of making sure that all overnight works are safe for the public and operatives. Many of you will see him if you are travelling through our closures between 9pm and 6am or speak to him if you are a resident on the network needing access. Simon has worked for Kier Transportation for a number of years and lives away from the project, but travels to the A417 Monday to Friday.
Gavin Jones
Project Director
Gavin has worked for Kier for 6 years. He started his career as a graduate engineer and previously worked for Balfour Beatty and Costain, before joining Kier. When starting with Kier, Gavin worked on the M6 J13-15 Smart Motorway Project.
